Red Light

In a small town, the only traffic light is stuck on red. Obeying the rules, an intercity bus stops at the light and the driver refuses to continue until it turns green. In a world where obeying the rules is a misunderstanding in itself, this provokes a series of disputes with the nervous passengers and local law enforcement.
