Honey Bunny

Honey Bunny is an arthouse comedy with an anti-heroine as a protagonist: Tonina, an accountant living in Split, runs her company with husband Bartul and daughter Tana. Her younger sister Tajana and her family live a much more easygoing lifestyle without caring much about money. Tonina, caring for their mother Antula, secretly signs over the deed of a family house on Hvar, sparking conflict. One year later, Tonina and Tajana try to reconcile for their mother's birthday where tensions resurface.

About the director

Igor Jelinović is a young Croatian director and screenwriter, the author of a few very successful short fiction titles like Sea Foam (2016.), Secret Life of Fairies (2016.), and Little Bear (2015.). that have all reached a great interest and sympathies of festival audience and film critics. Jelinović is also a president of nonprofit association named "Blank", whose main activity is focused on film education for children and youth, and film production of short forms for debut authors. Beside directing his films, he has also been working in various positions as producer, DOP and 1st AD.
